Frequently Asked
Questions |
| |
|
Q. What is a deductible? |
| |
|
A. A deductible is
your “out of pocket” portion of the repair. Any amount over and above the deductible will be paid for by the insurance company.
|
| |
|
Q.
When do I pay my deductible? |
| |
|
A. The deductible is due
when the repairs are completed and you pick up the vehicle. Your deductible is paid directly to the repair facility. |

|
Q.
Do I have to take my car to be repaired where my
insurance company tells me to have it repaired? |
| |
|
A. No, by law, you can
have the car repaired where you choose. Some insurance
companies will ask you to provide multiple estimates;
however, you are not required to do so. |

|
Q. Will you be able to tell me how long it will
take to repair my car? |
| |
| A.
We can give you an estimated completion date based on
the estimate; however, sometimes there are delays beyond
our control, which may cause the repair to take longer.
Among these is additional damage found during the repair
process. |
| |
| Q.
What happens if you find more damage? |
| |
| A.
Because some damage cannot be seen until the repairs
have begun, this is not uncommon. When additional
repairs need to be made, we will contact the insurance
company and work with them directly. |
| |
| Q.
Do you report my accident to CARFAX? |
| |
|
A. No. None of your information is reported
by White Eagle Auto Body to CARFAX. |
